Social cohesion and support
We encourage community cohesion by helping people come together for mutual aid, tolerance, and cultural enrichment. Our activities include the organization of joint events, initiatives to develop intercultural dialogue, and programs to strengthen the sense of unity. We believe that through support and respect for each other, we create a safe and peaceful environment for all.
Goal 1
Strengthening the network of local leaders
Objectives:

"Leadership courses" for active representatives of the community once a year

Networking events/meetings between participants and local leaders

Mentoring support to local leaders

Supervision sessions for local leaders

"Leader Award" after determining the most active leader in the network
Goal 2
Creating cohesive communities in local communities
Objectives:

Creation of a network of CBAs of social cohesion in local communities

Conducting events for visitors to the CBAs, which will unite and provide support

Developing, together with communities, plans for the development of HABs and adaptation to new conditions and challenges

Асоціація учасницького розвитку громад представила український досвід демократії в часи війни на міжнародному Caux Democracy Forum
Команда Асоціації учасницького розвитку громад взяла участь у міжнародному Caux Democracy Forum у Швейцарії — щорічному форумі, який об'єднує представників громадянського суспільства, органів влади, міжнародних організацій, дослідників та практиків із різних країн для спільного пошуку відповідей на сучасні виклики демократії.
Запрошуємо до участі у конкурсах
Місцева асоціація органів місцевого самоврядування "Асоціація учасницького розвитку громад” запрошує зацікавлених сторін до участі в конкурсі на закупівлю послуг в межах проєкту “Посилення участі ВПО через підвищення спроможності Рад ВПО у чотирьох громадах Сумської та Харківської областей”. Цей проєкт відбувається за підтримки Програми «Партнерство за сильну Україну», яку фінансують уряди Великої Британії, Естонії, Канади, Норвегії, Фінляндії, Швейцарії та Швеції.
