We strive to increase the professionalism and sustainability of local self-government and public organizations through pieces of training, exchange of experience, and resource support. We expand access to modern management and strategic planning tools, and promote the growth of organizational capacity. This makes it possible to respond more effectively to the challenges of communities and ensure living standards for the local population.
Goal 1
Increasing the efficiency of local self-government bodies (hereinafter - LGUs)
Objectives:

Training for local government representatives in project management, risk management, needs assessment and monitoring, and internal and external communications between various stakeholders.

Exchange visits between representatives of local community organizations.
Goal 2
Increasing the organizational capacity of the local civil sector
Objectives:

Strategic sessions for local NGOs

Training for NGOs in organizational development, project management, risk management, needs assessment and monitoring, team building, and internal and external communications between various stakeholders.

Mentoring support by local NGOs.

Material or technical assistance to local NGOs.
Goal 3
Building "bridges of cooperation" between civil sector representatives and local self-government bodies
Objectives:

Dialogue sessions between representatives of local government and NGOs

Creation of partner councils/initiative groups/etc., including representatives of local government and NGOs.

Creating an "Action Road Map" for the future cooperation of local government and NGOs.
